The Inclusive Choral Practice Database project is a new research endeavor aimed at making resources for inclusive choral practice easy to locate. 

Dr. Helena von Rueden is an Elliott Associate Professor of Fine Arts and Director of the Choral Program at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia. Founder/Director of The Piedmont Singers of Central Virginia, Dr. von Rueden directs the eight-voice professional ensemble in cities throughout the Piedmont region of Central Virginia.  She recently served as Co-Coordinator of the Choral Database with the Institute of Choral Diversity.

Dr. von Rueden maintains an active solo vocal career, as well as a research program dedicated to diverse and community-oriented choral programming,
